The art of sequencing and installation is perhaps in a bit of a Renaissance right now, as novel and unique installation concepts come to the fore. Pairing brings dynamic and unsuspected combinations into action. Symbiosis, harmony & conflict occur, and works engage in multivalent and multi-layered fashion.

Skeleton & Flesh

New large installation works are in progress for John D’Agostino’s ongoing series Empire of Glass, found in 2012′s body of work, “Skeleton & Flesh”, based on the forgotten fragments of Favrile glass by Louis Comfort Tiffany rescued in the Great Depression.
